I. Basic Statement

Yan Jie Wisdom Guardian is a service software developed by Hangzhou Xinke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “the company,” or “Xinke Intelligent”). In the course of providing our services, we respect and protect users’ privacy. When you use the services provided by Xinke Intelligent—including but not limited to the Pai Xue Ji hardware device, the associated mobile app, cloud-based services, content ecosystem, and derivative services—we will adhere to the principles of legality, fairness, and necessity, and clearly disclose the rules governing the collection and use of your personal information. If you do not agree with this policy, you will be unable to normally use Xinke Intelligent’s core services.

We commit to protecting your personal information by implementing a triple-layered security approach—physical, electronic, and managerial—based on industry-recognized, mature security standards. We adhere to the principles of accountability, clarity of purpose, informed consent, and data minimization.

II. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all services provided by Xinke Intelligent:

  1. Photography learning device hardware and supporting software (mobile app, desktop tools);
  2. Cloud services (such as AI chat, creative mirror for content creation and storage, and safety guard circle positioning);
  3. Content Ecosystem (All-Things Exploration Videos, AI Character Knowledge Base, Fun Mini-Games, User-Generated Content);
  4. Derived services (parental control mini-program, after-sales support system, and violation content reporting and handling system).

Exception: Services provided by third parties (such as integrated third-party SDKs) are subject to their own privacy policies. We will require third parties to strictly comply with privacy protection rules and explicitly disclose SDK information in this policy.

III. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

This app collects and uses the following sensitive personal information, including: phone number, images captured by the camera, photos stored in the photo album, device location information, and audio recordings made via the microphone. 1. Basic functions of the photo-learning machine

Capture Everything: Collect photos (for AI recognition; after recognition, you can choose local/cloud storage); optional device location feature (provides informative explanations, such as local plants or attractions). AI Conversation: Collects text/voice input (for character interaction) and conversation history;

Safety Protection Circle: Collects device location information (only when you enable it, used for boundary violation alerts);

Idea Mirror: Collect and edit images, create content (for AI-generated creations such as style transfer; optional cloud storage available).

2. Accounts and Social Services (including User-Generated Content)

Registration and Login: Collect phone number (for identity verification) and verification code (to ensure account security);

Account Information: Optional nickname, profile picture (requires camera/gallery permissions), grade/school (used to match learning content);

Growth Connection Station (Social): Collects friend lists (only real friends confirmed by guardians), chat records, Moments from the “Paiyou” circle, and user-generated content (text/voice/images, synchronized to the parent’s end);

Regarding violation handling: Collect user report records, blocking records, and information on violating content (used for verifying, filtering, handling violating content, and protecting user safety).

Share information only with your authorization or as permitted by law:

  1. Third-party merchants/logistics providers: To fulfill order delivery, we will share recipient information (which we will require them to keep confidential);

Transfer: Transfers shall occur only in the event of a corporate merger or acquisition, and the transferee shall continue to fulfill privacy obligations and content compliance obligations.

Disclosure: We will disclose information only with your authorization or as required by law (e.g., in response to judicial investigations or for handling violating content).

VI. Your Rights Regarding Information Management

Query/Modify: View or modify personal information and user-generated content via the PaiXueji app or the parent mini-program.

Delete: Request to delete specific information (such as chat records, creative works, or violating content);

Account Deletion: By navigating to “Yanjie Smart Guardian App—My—Settings—Deactivate Account,” you can submit a deletion request. Within 15 business days after submission, your account and personal information will be irreversibly deleted (except for data that must be retained in accordance with laws and regulations).

Revoke authorization: Disable permissions (such as location, camera, and storage) through device settings without affecting previously processed information.

5. Reporting and Blocking: You can report and block inappropriate content and malicious users to ensure your own safety when using the platform.

VII. Information Storage and Protection

Storage location: Within the territory of China (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations);

Storage period:

  1. Account Information: The account remains active for 15 business days from the date of its creation until it is deactivated;
  2. Conversation/Creation/Social Data: 15 business days after the user proactively deletes their account or cancels their account;
  3. Transaction/After-sales records: Retained for 3 years (as required by regulations);
  4. Violation Handling Records: Retained until the expiration of the statutory retention period.

Employ technologies such as SSL encryption, data masking, access control, and content security encryption and filtering to prevent information leakage or damage and to guard against the spread of user-generated content that violates regulations.

In the event of an information security incident or the spread of prohibited content, we will immediately activate our emergency response plan, notify you, and report the incident to the regulatory authorities.

VIII. Protection of Minors

Users under the age of 18 must obtain their guardian’s consent to use the service.

Users under the age of 14 must read the “Rocky Realm Wisdom—Child User Privacy Policy” accompanied by their guardian and obtain explicit authorization.

Guardians can use the parent app to view and manage minors’ service usage records, as well as their user-generated content posting and interaction activities.

IX. Policy Amendments

We may revise this policy, and you will be notified of any material changes via push notifications from Pai Xue Ji and announcements on our official website. Your continued use of the service will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised policy.

X. Jurisdiction over Disputes

This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the company’s location (the People’s Court of Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province).

XI. User Declaration

This app integrates the Tencent Cloud Instant Messaging (IM) SDK and the TUICalKit SDK for audio and video calls, providing core capabilities such as real-time message reception, incoming call notifications, and basic audio/video calling features. To ensure the smooth operation of these core communication functions, the SDK performs necessary network monitoring, maintains persistent background connections, and listens for system events—all strictly for the purpose of supporting the core communication functionality. This app does not engage in malicious auto-startup upon device boot, does not trigger wake-up actions for third-party apps, and does not collect any irrelevant personal information.

XIII. Privacy and Compliance Management of User-Generated Content (UGC)

1. Zero tolerance for violating content and malicious users

We absolutely do not tolerate any user-generated content or malicious user behavior that is illegal, pornographic, violent, insulting, harassing, invasive of privacy, or harmful to the physical and mental health of minors. Any such violating information will be strictly dealt with.

2. Violation Content Filtering Mechanism

We have deployed a dual-layer mechanism—AI-powered intelligent filtering combined with human review—to conduct pre-screening and real-time interception of all user-generated content on platforms such as the Growth Connection Station, Photo Friends Circle, and Creativity Mirror. The relevant filtering data is used solely for content safety management and will not be used for any other purpose.

3. Reporting Mechanism for Violating Content

Users can submit reports of violating content through the dedicated reporting portal within the app. The reported information will be encrypted and stored, then synchronized to the platform’s backend, where it will be used solely for verifying and addressing violations.

4. Malicious User Blocking Mechanism

Users can block malicious users. Once blocked, all content posted by that user will be immediately removed from the current user’s feed. The blocking record will also be promptly notified to the developer for swift action against violations.

5. 24-hour rapid response commitment

We commit to completing the verification and handling of reported violations or malicious users within 24 hours of receipt, including immediately removing user-generated content that violates our policies and taking measures such as banning violators. Records of these actions will be retained in accordance with the law.

XIV. “Dual List” for Personal Information Protection
